How to configure BLF or Presence:
1. Login to the Admin Portal
2. Select Users
3. Select user to setup BLF's
4. Select Devices and Numbers
5. Select Presence
6. Click on the 3 dot's on the right side and select Assign Extension
7. Add User
8. Save at bottom of page

The Busy Lamp Field (BLF) feature shows who’s using the individual phones within a single PBX or Key system. BLF is used for routing incoming calls.
Eliminates the need to consult with colleagues about their availability.
Lets you transfer a call directly to voicemail if you see that a coworker is unavailable.
Lets admins answer executives’ calls when necessary.
Enables quick routing of incoming calls.
Reduces hold time and hang-ups.
Lets you route customers directly to the relevant party instead of transferring between extensions.
Integrates with caller ID.
Admins can set and adjust the status for other users.
