  1. Log into the Admin Portal
  2. Select Users
  3. Add User
  4. Ring Ex User - Select 
  5. Add (Email) (First Name) (Last Name) (Ext.) Change 
    (RingCentral App to BYOD) Select number
  6. Click on the User name
  7. Select Devices and Numbers
  8. Select Existing Phone
  9. Select Setup and Provision
  10. Select Model number
  11. Add MAC

If phone already exists
     1. Select change phone
     2. Existing Phone
