Setup Call Recording 
  1. Log into the Admin Portal
  2. Select Phone System
  3. Select Auto-Receptionist
  4. Select General Settings 
  5. Select Call Recording 

On-Demand Call Recording 
  1. Enable or Disable 
Automatic Call Recording 
  1. Enable or Disable - Enable this option if you want to automatically record all calls to a specific user or group extension. Recordings are saved in your Call Log.
  2. Play periodic tones for outbound calls - Check or uncheck 
  3. Play Call Recording Announcement for Outbound Calls - Check or uncheck
  4. Allow mute in auto call recording - Check or uncheck
    1. upload call recording announcement if necessary or keep for default 
    2. Select Extensions to Record
      1. Check for each user Inbound, outbound or Smart ACR (When enabled, Smart ACR intelligently adapts the recording announcement based on the called party's area code, aligning with state-specific consent laws.)
      2. Check Call Queues if needed 
      3. Check Shared Lines if needed 
      4. Check Paging only if needed
