Ring Central - How to setup and use Call Flip
To setup call flip in RingCentral, you need to configure your call handling settings and assign flip numbers. Then, add the phone numbers you want to use for call flip and assign them a corresponding quick-dial number. - Admin Portal: Log in to your RingCentral Admin Portal.
- User Settings: Go to your user settings or the specific user's settings you're configuring.
- Call Handling/Forwarding: Go to Phone/Incoming call rules

- Scroll down to Ring Settings
- Add number or coworker
- Disable the call forwarding
- Go back to phone
- Go to Call Flip
- Change flip number order: You can change the order in which numbers appear by dragging and dropping them
