How to add Speed Dials to Yealink phones
How to configure Speed Dial in the Admin Portal:

1. Login to the Admin Portal
2. Select Users
3. Select user to setup speed dial
4. Select Devices and Numbers
5. Select Presence on far right
6. Click on the 3 dot's on the right side and select Assign Speed Dial
7. Add Name / Extension or Number 
8. Save at bottom of page


Manual Setup:

This article provides information on how to add speed dial keys to Yealink T33G, T42S, T43U, T46S, T46U, T48S, T48U, T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58W, VP59, CP925, and CP965 through the web interface / GUI.
Speed dial allows Users to quickly call an Extension or direct phone number by pressing one key.

1. Get the phone's IP address.
        Select Menu - Status - IPv4.

2.  In a browser select the https://IP address
        Example https://192.168.1.25
             
3. If prompted, enter the username and password 
        Default is admin admin

4. Go to the DSSKey tab.

5. Choose the line key where you want to configure the Speed dial.

6. Change the Type to Speed Dial.



7. Enter the intended Extension number or phone number on the Value filed.

8. Enter the name of the person or phone on the Label field.

9. Click confirm.
