Accessing voicemail in Panterra Networks is a straightforward process, and the system offers several options for you to retrieve messages. Here's a guide to help you access your voicemail.
The most common way to access voicemail in Panterra Networks is directly through your phone. If you have a Panterra Networks VoIP system, follow these steps:
Select view voicemail : Typically, the phone will display number of voicemails and options for Exit, View and Connect. If not displayed, you can select the messages key as well.
Enter Your PIN: After dialing the voicemail number, you will be prompted to enter your voicemail PIN (Personal Identification Number). If it's your first time accessing voicemail, you might be prompted to set a PIN.
Listen to Your Messages: Once logged in, you'll be able to listen to your voicemail messages. You'll be provided with options to:
Replay the message
Delete or save messages
Forward messages to other users
If you prefer to access voicemail from a computer or mobile device, Panterra Networks offers a web portal for managing voicemail messages. This feature is beneficial for users who don’t want to be tethered to their physical phones.
Log in to Streams: In the upper left corner will be a voicemail icon. If the color is red, there is an unheard voicemail. After selecting it, there will be a list of all the voicemails. Select the box to next to the voicemail you would like to hear. The options will be Play, Download or delete.
Another convenient way to access voicemail messages is through Panterra Networks' voicemail-to-email feature. This feature allows voicemail messages to be sent directly to your email inbox as audio files, so you can listen to them anywhere, anytime, on any device.
Panterra Networks also provides a mobile app that allows users to manage their phone system, including voicemail, from their smartphones. The mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
Download the App: Search for the Panterra Networks mobile app in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and install it on your phone.
Log in to the App: Open the app and log in with your Panterra Networks credentials.
Navigate to Voicemail: Once logged in, go to the voicemail section within the app. Here, you can listen to messages, delete them, or save them for later.
Manage Your Settings: The mobile app also allows you to change voicemail greetings and adjust other voicemail-related settings on the go.
