Think of Report Manager as your data + analytics hub:

  • Call detail records (CDRs)
  • Call recordings
  • Usage/activity reports
  • Queue/ACD reporting (if used)

It opens as a separate tab/web interface from the Admin Portal.

  1. Log into Admin Portal
  2. Go to Top Navigation
  3. Click Report Manager
  4. It opens in a new browser tab

Report Manager – PanTerra Networks Streams

User Summary

  1. Go to Users β†’ Summary
  2. Select All users or specific users
  3. Choose time period
  4. Click GO

Use this for a quick overview of user activity.


Call Detail Reports (CDR)

  1. Go to Users β†’ CDR
  2. Select All users or specific users
  3. Choose time period
  4. Click GO

Use this for detailed call logs and activity.


Schedule Reports

  1. Set up a Summary or CDR report
  2. In Period, select Schedule β†’ Apply
  3. Configure:
    • Name
    • Format (CSV or PDF)
    • Email recipients
    • Recurrence
  4. Click Save

Reports will be emailed automatically.


Quick Tip

  • Summary = high-level view
  • CDR = detailed call data
  • CSV = best for Excel
  • PDF = best for sharing
