Login to the Admin Portal:

Add extension users:
1. Select Phone System/Phones & Devices
2. Select Unassigned
3. Select phone system phones and devices
4. unassigned
5. Add device 
6. Other Phones
7. Existing Phone Price Free
8. Setup and provision 
9. Pug in ATA on the same network as your computer and verify IP address.
10. 📟 Choose device type: Cisco ATA191
11. 🌐 Enter the IP Address of the ATA
12. ➡️ Click Next
13. 🌎 For Outbound Proxy, select: North America Proxy –         
             sip12.ringcentral.com:5096
14. 🛠️ Verify or enter the required configuration details on the ATA (if not already populated)
