- Go to Auto-Receptionist
- Select Prompts library
- Select Import prompts on right side
- Find file to upload
- Save
Part 2: How to Record Prompts by having the system call you
- Go to Phone System
- Go to Auto-Receptionist
- Select IVR Menus
- Select IVR to add recording
- Go to Prompt/Audio
- Select recording
