  1. Go to Auto-Receptionist
  2. Select Prompts library 
  3. Select Import prompts on right side 
  4. Find file to upload 
  5. Save
Part 2: How to  Record Prompts by having the system call you
  1. Go to Phone System
  2. Go to Auto-Receptionist 
  3. Select IVR Menus
  4. Select IVR to add recording
  5. Go to Prompt/Audio
  6. Select recording
