RingCentral - How to backup  Call Recordings, Faxes, and Call Logs using ring users Archiver

Log into the Admin Portal 
  1. Select More
  2. Select Apps and Resources 
  3. Select Archiver
  4. Select Account you want to use for backing up
  5. Dropbox - SFTP - Google Drive - Box - or Smarsh 
Drop Box
  1. Connect and use Drop Box Credentials 
SFTP 
  1. Connect and use SFTP Credentials 
  2. Host 
  3. Port
  4. User Name
  5. Password


Google Drive
  1. Connect and use Google Drive Credentials 
Box
  1. Connect and use Box Credentials 
Smarsh 
  1. Connect and use Smarsh Credentials 
Now Select Sync Options 
  1. Turn on Backup
  2. Select All Extensions
