🔐 Log into
the Admin Portal
📂 Navigate to: Users → User List → Users with Extensions
👤 Select the user: TeamWealth Fax
📞 Go to Devices & Numbers
🖥️ Click on the Existing Phone
⚙️
Select Setup & Provisioning
📟 Choose device type: Cisco ATA191
🌐 Enter the IP Address of the ATA
➡️ Click Next
🌎 For Outbound Proxy, select: North America Proxy –
sip12.ringcentral.com:5096
🛠️ Verify or enter the required configuration details on the ATA (if not
already populated)
