Panterra Networks - How to Whitelist and Blacklist numbers
1. Log into the Admin Portal
2. Account Level Services Manager/Global Account Settings
3. + key on Global Call/SMS Blocking
4. Click on Whitelisted or Blacklisted DID numbers
5. Put number in and Add
6. Select Actions/Save
