1. Log in to the PanTerra Streams Admin Portal.
2. Navigate to Service Manager.
3. Select Global Account Settings.
4. Click the + next to Global Call/SMS Blocking.
5. Click in the Blocked DIDs field.
6. Enter the phone number (DID) you want to block.
7. Click Add.
8. Verify the number appears in the blocked list.
9. Click Actions > Save.

Note: Numbers added to the Global Call/SMS Blocking list will be blocked from calling or sending SMS messages to your organization. Changes take effect after saving the configuration.
