Panterra Networks - How to setup Live Monitor and users to groups

Idea
This article provides information on how setup Live Monitor and add users to groups

Creating Group

1. Log into the Admin Portal
2. Go to View Manager / Groups            
3. Actions/New Group
4. Create Group Name - Select ACD or Hunt - Group ID (email address) - Assign           extension
5. Give DID if needed and add users to the group
6. Select Actions and Save

Adding ULM to a user 

1. Log into the Admin Portal
2. Go to View Manager / Users
3. Find User - Select + next to user
4. Select + Key on Groups
5. Change ULM from No to Yes
6. Change UCC  and Live Monitor to Yes
7. Change from Hide to Show on all groups needed
8. Actions Save
